In episode 9 Lisa Keenan, Executive Director MECCA M-POWER, shares MECCA’s 27-year commitment to educating, empowering, and uplifting women and girls. Over the years, the company has employed around 15,000 women, providing careers in retail alongside education opportunities in artistry, financial literacy, customer service, and wellbeing. In 2017, MECCA launched MECCA M-POWER to extend its impact beyond business, and in 2022, on its 25th anniversary, pledged $25 million over five years to support gender equality.
