2024 Achievements

As we step into a new financial year, we’re reflecting with deep gratitude on the progress made through philanthropy that is gender-wise, community-inspired, and grounded in collaboration.

In 2024, together we:

  • Surveyed the AFR Top 50 givers on gender-lens practices

  • Released Remaking the Norm with Deloitte Access Economics and Minderoo Foundation

  • Reached 1,000+ views on our Empowered Giving video series

  • Advocated at 53 events and co-hosted 622 attendees at key launches

  • Featured over 100 projects on our Project Portal

  • Partnered to grow women’s giving and invest in gender-lens solutions

  • Engaged 15 philanthropic leaders through original interviews

  • Delivered workshops and resources to support more effective giving to women and girls

Why? Because until gender-balanced giving becomes the norm, we’ll keep shining a light on the needs, strengths, and leadership of women — across every sector and social issue.

To our Board, team, funders and partners: thank you for backing this work. Your support is shifting the norm, one step at a time.
