Women and girls are the most promising yet undeveloped resource in the world. We make up half the world’s population and are the mothers of the other half. Investing in us is the single most effective way to build a better world for all.

Any philanthropic grant or impact investment is flawed and will underperform unless designed through a ‘Gender Lens’ which considers its reach to, the role of and the impact on women (as well as men). ‘Australians Investing In Women’ is an exciting and timely evolution of the ‘Australian Women Donors  Network’  and I am confident of and will delight in its continuing impact and success.
