Madeline Lucas is a senior impact strategist with over 15 years’ experience working across capital, investment and the social sector to support gender-wise and purpose-led decision-making. Her work focuses on aligning strategy, governance and investment with lived experience, community need and long-term outcomes for women and girls.

Before joining Australians Investing in Women, Madeline held leadership roles at Small Giants Family Office and Impact Outfit, advising investors, funds and mission-led organisations on strategy, partnerships, governance and impact. She has worked closely with founders, executives and boards to support sustainable growth, investment readiness and systems-level change.

Madeline is the founder of Madeline Eve, a consultancy established to support women-led businesses to build sustainable and scalable models. She also serves as Head of Operations at The Dea Network, a member organisation empowering Australian women to take control of their capital and invest with purpose.

Madeline holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. Her approach is grounded in the belief that capital, when applied with intention, can shift systems and expand opportunity.
