Simon is Head of Client Product Solutions in ANZ for CVC, a global Private Markets investment firm which he joined in 2026. Prior to this, Simon spent over a decade at Rest, where he was Head of Private Markets and Deputy CIO, overseeing Infrastructure, Property, Private Equity and Alternatives asset classes. 

Simon has over 25 years of banking and finance experience in the Melbourne, Sydney and New York offices of NAB. Prior to NAB, Simon worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers in an advisory and restructuring capacity. 

Simon completed an undergraduate degree in Arts and Commerce at the University of Melbourne, Australia which included studies of Middle Eastern and Chinese politics. Simon is a CFA® charterholder.
