Tiz is an experienced General Manager and Director with a demonstrable track record of elevating Customer Experience, Insights & Analytics functions to valued hubs that drive operational excellence and inform decision making. Throughout her career she has worked in strategic sales & marketing positions and delivered complex projects across several industries. She is currently a senior Director at La Trobe University in the Marketing & Recruitment Unit handling the recruitment of all domestic students and the strategic execution of the student experience program which measures both service and educational experience of all current La Trobe students.
Tiz was previously the Head of Insights and Information at Murray Goulburn Dairy and Head of Consumer Insights for the Coles Supermarket & Liquor Group. Tiz has also worked as Director and Principal Consultant at Forethought Research, and as Managing Director of TLC Business and Research Consultants. Prior to this, Tiz was the Retail Director of Clark Shoes Australia Ltd. and was its first female board director worldwide. She holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and was awarded the Helen Schutt MBA Scholarship for demonstrating academic and management excellence. Most recently she has graduated from the Stanford University Design Thinking Bootcamp in San Francisco.
Tiz is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a former Trust Member for the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre and the Tobin Brothers Foundation, a founding member of the Melbourne Women’s Fund and the former Chair of Marketing Women Victoria.
